“Great service we drove in with a 26 ft Pensky staff were friendly and knowledgeable storage unit was clean and easily accessible our 3 month stay was good when we left there was a 3 day difference from which we had to move out by 1st of the month the staff was so considerate and adjusted our stay so we didn't have to.be out till the 3rd and prorated our bill.Great customer service.”

“Everything thing is text and email if you want to get in the get in the building to store your stuff and good luck in finding your unit lost for a 40 minutes just to find the stairs to the first floor that the elevator don’t work but they did give me a free lock. But the price you can go wrong best price I found anywhere so if you’re willing to deal with emails and texting back and forth go for it!”
