Me and my girlfriend were stuck 4 hours from home, after trying to fill the tire and locating the leak at the valve stem we passed this Mavis and stopped in. “My salesman Juan was AWESOME, we have purchased 3 prior vehicles with Ray Price but never at this location, always at RAM or the Stroudsburg FORD locations. What normally would be a long drawn out miserable process was less than 2 hours, which made my wife happy to say the least. Even the finance department was great, all very transparent and honest (rare).
All paperwork was prepped before I even arrived (I was there the second they opened) and they were extremely respectful to all of my wishes from trade in to my payment / interest rates and more. Truly a great experience in a normally miserable industry, I will continue to buy from Ray Price for the foreseeable future.

Please let me tell you about Motts! I have been going there for over 14 years and I still have the same car! Yes, my car is 15 years old! Even though Skip has left and turned the business over to Jeff, they are still the best, most trustworthy car repair shop in the Poconos! I really don't understand the negative reviews posted here, there has to be something missing! They have never steered me wrong, never tell me I need anything fixed unless it's necessary and always ask me first before they fix anything! Take my advice, go to Motts before you go somewhere else, you won't be disappointed!”

“We are a family of four from Toronto, Canada — two adults and two kids. On August 31, while driving back from New York to Toronto, our Chrysler Pacifica 2017‘s engine suddenly developed a serious misfire on the highway. We had no idea what was wrong and were honestly quite stressed because we were still several hours from home.
We arrived at the shop almost at closing time, but the owner immediately came out to check the vehicle without hesitation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and, more importantly, went far beyond simply repairing the car.
The owner worked incredibly hard to arrange a rental car for us. He managed to get everything sorted out just 15 minutes before the rental company closed, and he even communicated with the rental company to arrange a pickup from the repair shop. He also helped us arrange for the rental car to be returned directly to the repair shop the next day, which saved us a huge amount of trouble.
We were travelling with two kids and a car full of luggage. Without their help arranging the rental car and transportation, we honestly might have ended up sleeping on the street that night in a small town in Pennsylvania. The owner really saved us that day.
The repair itself was done quickly and professionally. Our vehicle was ready by around noon the next day, which meant we didn’t have to drive too late into the night to get back to Toronto. The price was also very reasonable.
We drove the repaired vehicle all the way back to Toronto the next day, and it ran perfectly the entire way. We are still driving it now and it has been running very smoothly.
I cannot thank the owner and his team enough for their kindness, professionalism, technical skill, and willingness to help when we were in a difficult situation.
Highly recommended! If you need a trustworthy and genuinely helpful auto repair shop, this is definitely the place to go.”

He will do his best to fit you into his day or give you a time to come back so you’re not waiting around or without a vehicle. He is reasonable and reliable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. ** ANYONE IN THE MOUNT POCONO, STROUDSBURG AREA SHOULD COME GET THEIR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!! ** I heard good things from my neighbor and my uncle got his truck worked On so I gave my last chance to this place. My main mechanic is in Allentown and seemed like he rushed my car out wasted 100$ on labor saying fixed my squeaking sound when it still there and I live about 4 min driving distance from HP so I gave this place a shot in the pitch bIack dark. I got a diagnostic and the list was long they said they don’t want to take my money for a old car it’s going cost a lot over a few grand. just get a new one and we’ll look at it before you buy it. I wound up getting the breaks done because I deliver and work Uber so This is my money making machine, and also because the squeeking sounded like it was coming from breaks and it was loud and it was shaking the car lol and they said it was breaks so I was like Ok let’s do the front and he said there all bad which I believe because this car is ready to be laid to rest but I’m tryna keep her alive. I paid a hefty bill but my breaks are all new all 4’s and THE SQUEAKING IS GONE !!!!! SHE SOUNDS NEWER AND BETTER THAN BEFORE ? ! Not to mention it was quick nice friendly service!”
