“I have never posted a google review before, however I wanted to post about a local family business who, I believe, deserves recognition. My auto mechanic retired a little while ago and I had been on the search for a trustworthy auto repair shop. I decided to give BBack a try about two years ago and I can see why they receive so much praise. I've always had a fine experience when visiting their garage. The reason for my review is, I had a part that needed replacement, but was replaced at my old mechanic's garage. Kevin, the owner, noted the brand of the part that needed replacement has a lifetime warranty and even though it was repaired at a different shop, he replaced it for free. I had no idea it would've been covered. When I was called and told what work needed to be done, it wasn't even a question- I was told it was being replaced under the warranty!
It should also be noted that Kevin had called me after hours, from his personal cell phone, to discuss and answer my questions about the needed repairs. As a woman, to try and understand a subject that's very much out of your realm and in a male dominated field can be intimidating. I was never made to feel like a burden, rushed or that my questions were a bother.
The office staff is communicative and very friendly, the waiting room is clean and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a new repair shop, and want to feel like you and your car will be taken care of, look no further. Kudos, BBack!!”

Just keep in mind they’re SUPER busy and they’re juggling probably hundreds of callers a day while dealing with people in the shop simultaneously. I usually need to call multiple times to get a hold of them and schedule.”

“We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at this dealership. From beginning to end, every person we worked with made the entire process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Ryan was our salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, down-to-earth, and never pushy. He truly listened to what we wanted and made sure we got exactly that. By the end of the night, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a salesperson.
When we came back the next day to pick up our vehicle, Rob walked us through all of the paperwork and took the time to explain everything in detail. He also spent time showing us all the features in the car, including little things we didn’t even know existed! He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before we left.
Lastly, we sat with Eric to complete the financing, and that experience was just as positive. There were no surprises, no pressure, and everything was explained clearly. We felt we were treated fairly and were extremely happy with the price we paid.
Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this was truly the opposite. The entire experience was relaxed, honest, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this dealership—and especially Ryan, Rob, and Eric—to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
