“Update to my original review: The Manager sent me an email apologizing and offered a complementary print to make up for the experience. I really appreciated the follow up and willingness to make things right.
Very disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Buckingham Green Shopping Center. I ordered a 24x36 sign and was told the total would be around $28–$30, with no mention whatsoever of any design fees. When I went to pick up the sign, not only was it printed much larger than I had requested, but I was also charged unexpected design fees that were never disclosed upfront.
When I explained that the sign would not work for my needs and that I was unhappy about the surprise charges, the manager became visibly irritated and insisted he had told me about the fees — which he absolutely did not. I’m currently planning my son’s graduation party on a budget, and I absolutely would have remembered that conversation had it happened.
I refused the oversized sign and requested a refund, but the entire interaction was made very uncomfortable. The manager stood there staring at me while I awkwardly put my money back in my purse to leave. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of time”

“I always choose the Pipersville Post Office whenever I need to mail or drop something off, and every visit is a great experience. The office is consistently clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Becky at the front desk is exceptional — she is always kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful. Her warm and welcoming attitude makes such a difference, and you can truly tell she enjoys helping people.
What stands out most is the wonderful sense of community here. It feels like a close-knit local post office where people know one another and genuinely care. Excellent customer service like Becky’s is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this location!”

“I never thought I’d a) review or b) give five stars to a post office, but here we are. I went in this morning to send a parcel overseas. Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. The bar is sadly really low for these types of organisations and this team show how it should be done.”
“So we had a package that was misplaced at the shipping location so it didnt make it out, Brett, one of the employees, drove it to us within a couple hours. Even though I told him it was ok. That was amazing! It's so nice being surprised by good, honest and hard working people. THANK YOU BRETT!!!”

“There is a new postmaster here and after living here for many years now I finally have hope. The cranky and rude former Postmaster here finally retired and they brought in someone who is from Brooklyn and he is kind and courteous and trying to really bring this post office around and I hear now its better than some surrounding small post offices. Now they have two pickups that take our mail(I live in the Tinicum section of Ottsville) to Philly distribution center which now also is better than many small surrounding post offices and he is trying to update and bring in more services like full passport service because he empathizes that we should not need to drive far to get these services.
Also I see our mail delivery is much better and daily again and even earlier many days! I am very hopeful and grateful!

“No complaints from me, thus far. Our carrier Alane (not Elaine) is fantastic and the main PO in D-town is much improved from the dinky little PO we had through the 70's & 80's.My how things have changed.Be patient and Don't come over lunch hour.Come in the AM if you can.A full service PO.”
