I was told they couldn't send international mail because they had run out of custom forms and couldn't print any due to covid and I should do this on line. You can't do it online, there is no way to access the custom forms.

The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Nice to go into a small location and feel like you have stepped back in time ?
