“I am from NJ and I broke down on 99 South at mile marker 67.6. Half Moon Valley Towning showed up within the time frame stated (1 hour) even though my insurance company gave them the wrong location. I called the office while waiting for the tow truck to arrive to give them additional information on what was going on with my car in case they needed it. The girl in the office realized they had been given the wrong location while I was on the phone with her and assured me that she would contact her guy to let him know the correct location. The guy who came out was friendly and helpful. This was my first experience with having a car towed and it was painless. I would recommend this company and use it if I lived in the area.
