“I had never used the UPS store services before But I needed to return a package to amazon. I admit that after reading the older reviews I was expecting a long and difficult adventure. I left work an hour early just to make certain I was there in plenty of time. The first thing I noticed is that the store is located in a strip mall with a large parking area. I got into the store it was clean and tidy. There were 2 service people helping customers and I was in line behind them. Another employee came to the waiting area and offered to help me. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. I explained that I wasn't certain what to do and gave him my box and a copy of the scan code that amazon provided for me. He took care of my box expeditiously and I was in and out in minutes. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant customer experience! I most definitely recommend the Ebensburg UPS Store to anyone who needs to send packages. I will be a returning customer.”

“I have been selling on eBay for the past 16 years. Lived in multiple cities and states. This is the only post office I have been able to drop my packages at and know they will be scanned and processed correctly without me asking for a receipt. Every other one I've used lost packages or didnt scan them in. This one does an amazing job.”
