I brought my car in for an estimate to repair a ding that I received while parked in a parking lot! One hour later, my car was finished and looked brand new! There was no longer any evidence of the ding , which is an absolute miracle to me! I was able to schedule based on my availability and it was a very seamless experience. He also has one of the best rates possible in town. Skip your local car dealer and go to a independent mechanic like Dylan, you’ll pay a lot less and get a higher quality job done because the local dealers don’t care about you or your car, you are just a tag number to them. I will come back in the future and work with Dylan with my car repair needs. Dylan also allows you to bring your own quality parts. I got my parts directly from Honda and Dylan installed them perfectly and I am extremely please with his service.”

“Got my car (deemed unsafe to drive) towed here as a result of an accident I was involved in.. The owners of Ruckles were more than patient, kind and understanding as I fought for days to get a single word out of both insurance companies to find out what's going to be done with my car! When all was said and done two weeks later, and neither insurance company was going to help me out in the slightest, Ruckles had generously allowed an uncle of mine to tow it away at no further expense than the initial towing cost the night of the accident. Did great work installing a new clutch on my Harley and doing the proper adjustments, pricing was very very reasonable, they were very flexible with scheduling and getting me out of a pinch with fast work. The guys I talked to there were super knowledgeable as well. Unlike Cycle Stop in Norristown, speed didn't sacrifice the quality of work performed. Will absolutely come back again.
