“I was driving to lead my teen leadership conference when I ran over an allen wrench and watched my tire pressure drop mile after mile. I barely made it to Paulski's, and even though the shop was busy, Paul and Fran got my car in immediately. They patched the tire from the inside and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. The kindness they showed a complete stranger in a bind was something my son and I will remember for a long time. Before writing this I read through their other reviews and realized this is simply how they treat everyone. If you're anywhere near the area, this is the shop to trust with your vehicle. “I had such a good experience with this shop! I originally took my car to Bob Fisher for a patch that was needed on the inner wall of a tire. They inspected it and told me it was unable to be fixed and that I would need to spend $500 on two new tires…. My grandfather used to work on cars and told me ahead of time that my tread was fine and all I needed was a patch.
We called Bradley’s and they advised me to bring it in ASAP. I went in two days later first thing in the morning. They patched it up in under 45 mins (if that) for $26! The staff was very friendly, quick, and didn’t mention needing new tires anytime soon. I will be back for any tire issues in the future!”

“Haines Sunoco has serviced my family cars for over thirty years. Now that I’m relocating out of the area it has occurred to me that I never posted a positive review for one of my favorite vendors. The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. Over the years I have steered friends and family to Haines with grateful returns from all those referred. Haines Sunoco is a community asset that our family has cherished”
“Bill's Auto Repair deserves 6 stars if that were an option. My van was barely running correctly, and they diagnosed the issue and replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs. It runs great now. The service was professional, the work was done right, and the pricing was fair. It's hard to find an honest, reliable repair shop these days, but Bill's Auto Repair has definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality automotive repairs.”
“Group of good guys that you can trust with your car. They always work with me when it comes to scheduling and go out of their way to save me a buck or two on repairs. Their rates are reasonable and they typically work very fast sometimes taking half the hours other shops would charge. I've been coming here for the last few years and will continue to do so long as I own an Euro car.”

First off, incredibly accommodating. Not saying take advantage of that but I called on a Friday and had the work done on Monday. They were eager to help.
Second, they respect you enough to offer their suggestions without an uncomfortable sales pitch. “This is what we think you may want in the future”, not “let me get you right back in to spend more”. I think that type of attitude is refreshing and why I like small business over corporate garages.
They gained a repeat customer in about 15 minutes of total interaction.”

I guess there are a lot of good mechanics out there, but what I found with Dave Kanaskie and his people is that they tell you the truth. They are always honest and they offer less expensive options. I have had undesirable experiences elsewhere. I was waiting to check in once and I heard the desk clerk explain to a customer that she didn't need the expensive work she was asking for. Now that is something to be excited about. I feel comfortable working with them and I would not use anyone else.”

“Keith is a very reasonable guy. Does everything by the book. I got my inspection done and he found some issues that needed fixing. Mostly major rust. The price for labor wasn't bad considering the price of things like groceries.
I highly recommend taking your car there for inspections, you will get a real inspection done and leave with a better car because of it.”
