“My wife and I decided to investigate eBikes. We searched for a “local” shop and found “The eBike Revolution Store” in Boyertown, PA. This location was a little outside of our normal circle, but we decided to make the trip.
Following the GPS, it took us through some beautiful rural wooded areas. We were expecting to find the typical strip mall store front, so when the GPS directed us to a secluded area, and a property with a farmhouse and barn, we were a little surprised. This “shop” is defiantly what is called a destination location. Although the location is somewhat isolated, the business is setup extremely well with a showroom, a barn/warehouse, and a repair shop. Be aware that the shop sign is very small, and easily overlooked. Trust your GPS.
The owner, David, and his staff are very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of eBikes. We did not experience any high-pressure sales pitch.
Although there are many bikes on display, this is not an off the rack shop. Do not expect to walk away with a new bike the day you shop. This is a quality operation and they will assemble your bike with the options and features you have requested.
David and his team are top notch and place customer satisfaction as their highest priority.
