“Hot Topic will always be my favorite store. I have never left there empty handed. I love the variety of band shirts, anime items, horror movie items and the best place to go around Halloween time. The best part is not I get to share my love for this store with my daughter, the only downfall is she wants to buy everything! The store employees are always nice and helpful too. Honestly a little too helpful when they suggest other things to my daughter who just “has to have it”. lol.”

The service is very goos in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. Staff greets you. The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The only problem is that staff has a challenge to explain the sale price except one sales lady who greets explained well.”

The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon. I always like this place. It's well maintained and the fitting rooms are clean. Good place to shop for clothing .

“I just had the best experience at this store. I was given a gift card to use for the holidays. I made my way to the register excited for my purchases. Of course I can’t find my gift card. So I’m scrambling to find it. The cashier by the name of RYAN was super patient with me. I ended up using my debit card and leaving the store. Of course I found my gift card. So being super embarrassed I went back to the store RYAN so kindly made my return and helped me repurchase my items. Without any judgment or making me feel worse than I did.
