“Honestly, I had a pretty poor experience here when a truck rental reservation was cancelled by the store last minute. Customer service desk was not particularly helpful. However, Sean (a manager of some sort) worked his hardest to find us a suitable resolution. He went above and beyond in calling other stores to get us a truck rental. Good service and commitment to your work deserves to be appreciated.”
“Found what we were looking for but needed help getting product from the top shelf and could not find anyone available to help so we used the rolling steps ourselves. Not a problem because it was quicker than waiting around for staff to become available.”

I didn't have any interactions with employees, but saw them interacting with other customers and it seemed to be going well. I used the self checkout and the process was painless.”
