“My daughter and I were at your store yesterday inquiring about trading in our current device for an upgrade. Upon arriving at the store there was a women who was being very loud and rude to the Xfinity worker. I felt bad for the worker, however he remained very calm and handled the situation very professionally. He helped us after dealing with her and he was awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman’s name but wanted to make note how professional he acted and handled the situation. Kudos!! to the workers at that store!”
