“I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name. But the lady working the counter at 8:30am in Gilbertsville this morning was awesome!!! I didn't understand the kiosk thing cause I still had to close my packages. I waited in line patiently, went up to her with my laundry basket full of returns. She was super helpful, showing me how to use the clear tracking paper envelopes and closing everything up. Very pleasant the whole time. I must say it was cold in there though! She said her heater wasn't working properly. And, 1 of the kiosks was down too. Its really hard to get your fingers to do what they are supposed to when they are very cold. I really hope someone is able to fix the heat for her soon!”

“I was worried about my package and so I called and even tho the wait was very long I has a AWSOME customer service rep named HARSH that went out of his way to assure me that my packages were being delivered to the right address and that they were on the way I so appreciate him taking his time not rushing me off the phone and listening to my worries and puttingvmy mind at ease. because the last thing I want to do is worry about my packages the day before valentines day!
