“I had trouble with the app responding so I walked into the office. The woman who helped me and my boyfriend was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I asked when the office hours ended and she said, “12p”. I realized it was 12:15p and I apologized. She never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Had I not asked about the hours, I would have never known. So, I just wanted to thank her for her excellent customer service. She made our move that much easier.”
