The guy is too busy on the cell phone to talk to me when I arrive. Then when he gets my box he carelessly tosses it several feet into another box without regard to my parcel.

The UPS Store has a new location that is bigger and new employees. It is customer focused here. They have a lot of different services. The hours are convenient. If you haven't been there in a while, check out the new store.
