He is has perfect customer relation skills, is attentive and treated me like a person instead of simply ringing me out and giving a perfunctory thank you. I saw him interact with 2 other customers, and he also gave them individualized attention. If all employees were this dedicated and attentive Lowes wouldn't be able to handle the amount of business.”
