“I bought a freezer here 2 years ago. It was a good price and has worked well.But recently had a problem with a stove from Home Depot. (Home Depot wasn't helpful).I determined what part I needed and stopped in for Lowmaster to order it. They took 10 minutes to find it, it only came as part of a larger $99 subassembly. However they suggested a way I could fix the problem myself for no charge. Their suggestion worked - it took me 2 minutes! They gave me free repair advice rather than sell me a $99 part. A big thank you.”
