“I went into the Punxsutawney Cricket store with my husband so he could buy a new phone and transfer all of his data. Rodney and the district manager were there at the time.They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! I also had a question regarding losing my notes on my iPhone from 2022 through 2025. They directed me to my iPhone Helpline. Rodney was so kind as to let me sit at the store and to make the call since I needed WiFi. I would recommend Rodney to everyone! He is amazing!!!”
