“Switched from TD because they no longer print debit cards on demand. They claimed they mailed my new card May 5th as my other was expiring end of June and it never came. Went multiple weeks with no debit card so I came to this Citizens branch right down the road with a TD envelope of cash. Heather was an absolute queen and SO incredibly helpful for my situation. When I got back, I walked in for application for platinum credit card, filled out with bank staff, and 2 hours later, went back to bank to pick up card with 9.9% interest rate.”
