Very friendly online service didn’t solve my problem I stop by they was able to solve my issues and got a new card at this branch. Very clean and good customer service

Great at accommodating the customer but very poor follow through. Very rushed conversation today. I did not feel valued as a customer. I may need to look into a different bank after 18 years. Not worth my drive.
