“I went here?when I was younger to play soccer with my friends and we had a great time.How it happened is me and my brother got enrolled for soccer here and we did it for a few years?we were on teams but it was for fun?after those few years?me and my brother decided to gather a team and play soccer after enrollment?so like an off-season?look at it like that?but yah?we had a lot of fun?my sister use to go here to play soccer too?but she always complained about the heat?this was after we had our time play soccer for the many years that we did it?like I mentioned earlier?so she did not last half or less than half a year?but that’s because she never was a big soccer player like us?”

“I joined CrossFit Q in March 2022. I was new to the area hoping to get in shape and spotted this amazing place where I gained so much more than wellness and fitness. In less than a year I lost over 30 pounds but more importantly I did it without injury. The coaches are very knowledgeable and will motivate you to keep working on reaching your goal while making you feel like family. I am moving away from the area now but leaving at a new level of fitness and confidence. I really enjoyed my time there!”
