“Great gym. Great people. The coaching here is really exceptional. I have dropped in at a lot of CrossFit gyms over the years and the coaching here was not only great but also highly consistent across multiple different workout time slots. Really loved working out here and will be back the next time I am in town.”

“Gym experience is usually pretty good, crowded at 5ish don't come unless you want to jump around on machines. Weekends and after 8 are good. The 2 negatives I have men's urinal always at least one of them broken, also the hydro massage chair only one of them works, I have multiple back issues and this calms everything down after a workout. They need to fix this isse asap been a member for 5 years”
