“We had a wonderful trainer, Melissa, for our little 3.5 lb puppy Henry. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and firm as needed with a cute little high pitched voice when talking to the dogs. The dogs listen! She is the female dog whisperer. She worked in nursery schools, as a nanny, and training horses which prepared her for her dream job of being a certified dog trainer. Henry, who is very much a Velcro dog with me, forgets about me when he sees Melissa. He loves her! She has so many good tips about not only commands, but potty training and practical good ideas to help with your puppies routine. She loves her job.”

“Everyone who has ever helped me here has been wonderful. Just today, I only had to pay $10 for being able to use their professional grooming tub, flea & tick shampoo, towels and blow dryer. My dog is almost 60 lbs and she didn't want to cooperate with getting up the ramp and into the tub so they picked her up to get her in and picked her up to get her back out. They were so helpful, friendly and professional. They have always given me good advice on products for my dog and my fish tank.”

“Lydia did an absolutely AMAZING job with Sparky’s Bath and Haircut! ?✨ From the moment we picked him up, we could tell how much care and attention she put into everything. His haircut is perfect — he looks so handsome! His coat is soft, clean, and he smells incredible. Even his nails look beautiful and neatly done.

What made it even more special was the sweet birthday surprise. They gave him a little birthday hat and the cutest birthday bandanna — he looked absolutely adorable! ?? It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience even better.

Sparky came home happy, fresh, and feeling like a superstar. You can tell Lydia truly cares about the dogs she works with. We love our boy so much, and we’re so thankful to have found someone who treats him with such kindness and skill.

“I visited the store for the first time in a little over a year and was surprised to see that they had gotten rid of all the fish they used to have. Not too disappointed because I could see they put in their efforts elsewhere. All of the animals I could see were happy and well fed. The store was very clean considering how many birds they have inside, and they have very fair prices for what they’re selling.I’m not sure if they’re under new management or a new owner, but it’s clear they care about the animals a lot and that was very nice to see.”
