“We had a wonderful trainer, Melissa, for our little 3.5 lb puppy Henry. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and firm as needed with a cute little high pitched voice when talking to the dogs. The dogs listen! She is the female dog whisperer. She worked in nursery schools, as a nanny, and training horses which prepared her for her dream job of being a certified dog trainer. Henry, who is very much a Velcro dog with me, forgets about me when he sees Melissa. He loves her! She has so many good tips about not only commands, but potty training and practical good ideas to help with your puppies routine. She loves her job.”

“Such a friendly place! I only had to do a return, but they were so kind and welcoming! The manager on duty was super accommodating and very understanding! The check out team member was very pleasant too!! Will definitely come back to this PetSmart! Thank you!”
