“I've been in the Quakertown PA store dozens of times, and without fail, every single person that works there is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I wish every retail experience I have was like the ones I have at that store!”

“We purchased a new Asus laptop and a printer for my husband. Being elderly we were absolutely impressed and so grateful for the help from Alyssa, Aneesh and Geoff. All three went above and beyond in getting us set up as well as upgrading another laptop for me from Windows 7 to Windows 10. These people are wonderful ambassadors for Staples. We will never go anywhere else for our computer needs. I highly recommend this Staples store.”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”

“We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!”
