“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
“The guy at the Center Valley location (not sure his name) he was very quick and knew how to multitask well. He did not wait for the line to pile up he helped multiple people at once and was quick on his feet. Truly impressed by the service and kindness received at this location.”

“Small towns have their pluses and minuses. Today I needed to have a letter hand canceled (mailing a tax payment) and the clerk knew exactly what I needed and had the stamp handy. Plus I left a tote bag there once and didn't notice. It was there the next time I came.
The former unhappy clerk has moved on, but she had a lot of reasons to be unhappy. Don't judge, people.”
“Very helpful and responsive when I called to check on the status of my package delivery. The woman I spoke with on the phone called my mail carrier directly to give me an idea of when my package would be delivered. I simply looked up the direct phone number instead of using the 1800 line and I got through to a real person right away.”

“Kamalah, manager Quakertown ,PA consistently provides excellent service , dispite the obstacles working against her at this store. Store is constantly extremely busy, machines breakdown . Kamalah, stays calm, polite and is extremely efficient multi tasking several customers at once. The store is always short staffed for the volume of constant customer it gets,yet any customer can see she handles the situation regardless. UPS is fortunate to have Kamalah as an employer, and this UPS store location seriously needs to be better staffed with more employees .”
