Internet Service Providers
Hours: The Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner offers a mixed experience for customers. While some customers have had a wonderful experience with helpful and friendly staff like Joel, Aidan, Matt, and Frank, others have faced challenges with poor customer service and difficulty reaching the local Quakertown office. The store is praised for its knowledgeable and efficient staff who are able to quickly resolve issues, such as setting up new cell phones and transferring data. Customers appreciate the staff's patience, kindness, and willingness to assist, even when there are long lines. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the overall customer service, citing difficulties in reaching the local office and poor experiences with remote support. One customer even mentioned plans to switch providers after their contract is up. Despite the mixed reviews, the Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner seems to provide a generally positive experience for those who visit the store and interact with the helpful staff. The store appears to be a convenient option for customers seeking assistance with their Xfinity services.
