Garbage company. Screws people over every chance they get. Tried to raise my my bill by 50 percent so I canceled. Instead of shutting me off at the end of the billing cycle I already paid for they shut me off immediately. Thieving scumbags

I am very disappointed with how my elderly mother was treated today at this specific xfinity store. Not acceptable do better for our seniors please!

Was easy to pay the bill by calling customer service. Now you must setup an account which is very inconvenient. WHY MAKE IT HARDER TO PAY A BILL??
