Quality work in a reasonable amount of time AND repaired some stuff that wasn't their responsibility to fix. To ensure the repairs they did were totally seamless. They definitely did not have to do that. And to that point - their skill and experience in dealing with an adversarial insurance company was priceless. They went above and beyond.
