“I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture from Newswangers over the years. Recently I had a failure with my Lazy Boy recliner, I called the store to see what options were available for a replacement chair to buy, fully anticipating on buying a new 1. They informed me that the parts are a lifetime warranty and if they could find them they would be covered at no charge for the parts. They got the parts in a timely manner and replaced them the next day! Mind you this chair was purchased over 14yrs ago and they could’ve easily just brushed it off and told me parts aren’t available and sold me a new chair but they took the time to take care of the customer. I’m beyond happy and they were top notch from the initial call to the technician completing the repairs. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days but 1 things for sure…. I will never buy a piece of furniture from another company!! Thank you Newswangers”
“Our pavilion adds so much to out backyard, I would 100% recommend one if you are considering one. Working with Adrian was so easy to get the exact pavilion we wanted, and our driver Elmer was fantastic when dropping off our delivery to get it exactly where we needed it dropped.”

“they had a wide selection of furniture that we were looking for . the lady that rang us up completely messed up the transaction and when trying to correct did it again. we thought it was corrected. we actually had to end up calling the manager the next day to get resolved. he was very helpful.the store had a lot of nice stuff. just make sure it is being rung up properly.”
“We purchased our furniture for the living room and when it was delivered we met two wonderful men. We aren't able to do heavy lifting but these two guys were exceptional! They carried out the old and then placed the new for us. Sorry I didn't get their names. Very pleased with the salesman as well as the delivery men.”

“If you're in the Bird in Hand-Intercourse area you have to visit this store. They have Amish furniture on display including tables, cabinets etc. But they also feature table tops made of various domestic hardwoods, such as the hard-to-find chestnut. Most of their wood comes from reclaimed barnwood. An amazing store.”

“I had one of the best customer service experience today at this store 80% of my furniture I bought it from west elm. It’s my favorite furniture store. With that being said I called to the store to see if there is anything I want specifically for sofas and swivel chairs. I spoke to Ella first and she was amazing, she took her time check for all the inventory and get back to me. I drove 2;45 minutes and bought all I wanted again with Ella’ amazing support!
