2694 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bird in Hand“The postmaster is just the most amazing postal worker we have ever met. Most consider it a bother to even sell you a stamp. But he (I believe Jim is his name) is the best with no competition. He really has the most skill when it comes to genuine customer service.”
“In contrast to some of the grumps writing reviews on here, I think that this is the best post-office south of Lancaster. Always pleasant and efficient. They don't waste time. You get what you need--quickly.”
“Needed to mail a post card internationally and the clerk knew exactly what to do and had a stamp at the ready. Boom! In and out in less two minutes. Very clean faculty too and parking ample available.”
“I enjoy this post-office. Nice and small and quiet. Always get what I need here. Be careful of the entitled drivers who come up on the curb and don't care if there's a pedestrian there. Maybe they should park across the street?”
“Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.”
“Tis' the season for lines, but well worth the wait when getting to the counter. She went above and beyond to help me on a busy Saturday morning. At this post office you feel like a friend not a #. Great customer service is key.”
“Absolutely love all the workers here! They know me and my PO box on sight, always so friendly and accommodating. When I was pregnant they even got me diapers and a hand-knitted baby blanket - so sweet I could cry. Sad that 1/2 the staff just retired but I hope they don't move the new postmaster!”

“They did helped me to the fullest just for a letter. I don’t know why the low feedback but they’re very nice people. For being a small town I give them props for their work.”
“The manager here is the sweetest most helpful person I have ever dealt with at a post office. She went above and beyond for three different people while I was there.”
“I don't see all the fuss, they do their job and they do it well. They've always been courteous to me and I've never had an issue here. I've even asked for some unique requests and they've always complied. Same cannot be said for a lot of other places.”

45 Refton Rd, Refton“The Bart Post Office may have limited hours, but they have the lowest past office box rates, among the best community town watches, very limited waiting line and the most professional and courteous staff in our area. It's a very small location serving rural community. Mainly a local route distribution center for the carriers. Business has been slow in the past which is why the hours are short. Do more business there if you want longer hours. Which would be nice. We're grateful they're still open and appreciative of the service they're providing. Thank you USPS.”
“Peach Bottom has great gals who came thru for us! We had a package which didn’t arrive and they kept on top of it. We were very happy when we got it! We thought it was gone and never to be found. We are so grateful for their help!!!”
“I love Cindy at Lancaster post office. It's location was impeccable centrally across from Lancaster police office....I highly recommended for them to have performing arts ....mantra”
