After trying unsuccessfully to speak to a live person at Verizon, I called this store. Brad was able to help me with my pre-paid subscription error made by Verizon. He was patient and kind. I really appreciated his help. He went above and beyond. I will use this store from now on.

Need to upgrade my phone today. The sales associate Mylee Lewis was great!! Very friendly and professional and very informative!! And Rob Muckel the other associate spoke to him very professional and great too! Great Job!!
