They were even done a week sooner than they originally predicted. Made my rental process easy, insurance was a breeze. Jesse was great - communicative and straightforward. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) was very sweet and super helpful. The team that worked on my car did a remarkable job. “My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! “I had my car towed to Troubleshooters on a whim thinking I had a blown head gasket, a pretty major and expensive repair. Eric and Steve determined that it was a much less severe issue that only took about a day to fix. On top of that, Eric identified a transmission issue I was already partially aware of, and offered some suggestions to remedy it in the future when it’s a bit more convenient for me. I also got my inspections and a wheel issue taken care of at the same time. I walked into their shop expecting to drop several thousands of dollars for a repair, and I had my car back in 2 days for under $1,000. They had every opportunity to take advantage of me and make me spend thousands of dollars I didn’t need to spend, and they did not. They were honest and upfront with everything. I will absolutely be back.”
