I purchased my plan and phone in May of 2024. When signing up I was told my trade in would lower my payment each month for my phone to $5 instead of $33. That was not the case. The sales woman I worked with offered me add ons to my plan, which I declined. When I got my first bill I expected it to be higher due to activating my plan/phone. When I got my second bill and saw that it was incredibly high, and called at&t. They told me all the things I declined were added on so I had to get them removed. After telling the salesperson NO, and signing no on the device that was being used to sign up. It still added the things I declined.
7 months later I am still paying the $33 for my new phone, even though it's supposed to be $5. After calling at&t customer support AGAIN, they can not find the phone I traded in, even though I have the receipt for the trade in. So I am unsure that the phone was even sent in.
I don't think i'll ever go back to this location again. I don't trust them. And the looks from the other reviews, people have had the same thing happen to them.

Had 1030am appt, door was locked and no one answered the phone. 1030am on a Wednesday. Store opened at 9am. Laughable.

The wait was a little confusing. I walked into the store around 10:30am. Only one salesman was helping customers. I asked all the people standing and sitting around the front of the store if they were in line to be helped. Everyone nodded yes and the single sales person yelled out that everyone would be helped soon.
I sat at a raised table instead of standing because I am handicapped.
All of a sudden, 3 more sales people showed up.
I didn't wait long (10-15 minutes), and I wasn't upset at the wait. I was just confused when I walked in.
A very nice salesman greeted me and was very patient as we worked out my transaction.
I told him how much I appreciated his help and he seemed surprised about that. I thought that was odd.
I'm very happy with AT&T right now.

I had to wait almost 2 hours at the At&T store in Wyomissing and the only thing I needed to do was change the last name on the account.

We had Tino help us with adding television and internet to our cell service plan. He was very knowledgeable,. kind and patient with us. We plan on asking for him when we need to help. P. S. He deserves a raise.😀

I love this store they are good. The manager is great he helped me get an Apple Watch and got me the best deal. Don’t go to the mall they are always sitting and talking and are rude. Go to the store on Papermill rd I promise you they will take care of you.
