Went into this store to buy a new phone as mine was over 5 years old and barely held a charge. Everything seemed fine until the rep came out with a watch and the new phone. I told the rep I did not want a watch and he assured me it would only be 3 dollars more to my monthly bill. 45 days later I see my first bill with an additional $72 added to it ($35 as a one time activation fee) which is clearly nowhere close to the number I was told. Look at that, we are also past the 14 day return time so we can't do anything we are just a point of sale.Disgusting and predatory sales practices, pushing items on you that you never even asked for then assuring you after saying no multiple times it would be a small increase to your bill. Now I get to spend 2 hours on the line with AT&T to try to get this removed because your team is just out to make as much money as possible while lying to their customers. And the cherry on top support tells me the same story.

I often work with Austin Derrickson at ATT in Wyomissing and he is the best at setting up both new and old accounts. I’m grateful to have a resource like himand will continue to use ATT.

Austin Derrickson will do anything he can to take your money anyway possible. He will add things to your plan without even asking you. This AT&T store is a place you need to stay away from. This store is a perfect example of who the store manager is. With all the bad reviews, you would think they'd get their act together and concentrate on offering excellent customer service, which is what really brings in sales, no being underhanded and low. I would love to know what the District Manager is doing to turn this store around????

Tino, our sales rep, did an excellent job transferring my 88-year-old aunt's Verizon android phone to an IPhone SE. We had to go back-and-forth between Verizon and AT&T over a 3-day period because of port holds and other problems. Tino was extremely patient, kind, detail-oriented, and determined to make everything work. My husband and I appreciated his "I'm-not-a-quitter" mentality; he proved his mindset to be a reality! We are grateful!

It seems odd that a place that sells phones would have no phones in the store. I asked about 3 different devices and color did not matter, none available. They just order the new device and have it shipped to your home. At that time you can transfer all of your own information yourself and then bring in your old device for the trade in. Its essentially slow motion self check out. But, they were more than happy to sell me a smart watch that i hadnt asked for. I wish i had saved my time and figured it all out online. The days of these stand alone stores are likely coming to an end. Totally inconvenient.

Ryan really helped us out today. Had an issue with a number transfer and he made sure we walked out with our issue resolved. The manager was also helpful, I don't know his name though. Didn't receive a text to give feedback, unfortunately, but I would've given great feedback. Only took an hour for him to help us out, which isn't a long time when you're going to the phone store. Much better customer service than Verizon, where the customer rep swindled us into buying 200 bucks worth of useless items by using confusing wordplay smh.

I went into the AT&T store 4 minutes before they closed at 7 pm today & Santos’s Constantino waited on me.That I came in just before the store closed, Santo’s couldn’t have been anymore helpful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on top of his game!I had a lot of questions and Santos kindly answered them all and helped me pick out a screen protector and a cover for my new iPhone 14 and then kindly installed both of them for me.Santos also mentioned that I could simply pay the tax for those items and have the balance placed on my monthly bill.I apologized to Santos for coming in the store the last minute as I stayed well beyond its 7 pm close. And to that Santos said “it’s no problem at all, that’s my job”!I mean it’s a Saturday night, Santos has been in the store who knows, perhaps all day. I come walking in 4 minutes before the 7 pm close and he goes out of his way to do all this?!!!I was so taken back I asked to speak to Santos’ manager. I told her what just transpired and she was super happy and complimentary of Santos.The manager was Laeeqa and she was equally pleasant, courteous and professional in spite of the fact it was now 7:30, 30 minutes after store close.I told Laeeqa that it’s people like Santos who are the primary reason I didn’t switch to Xfinity (as I had seriously planned to do) but instead I ended up purchasing three new iPhone 14’s and stayed with AT&T.My long time customer service experience with Xfinity is terrible. People and your experiences with them are worth more to me than saving a couple of dollars on a cheaper line plan. Santos was living proof of that today!Two of my three daughters are on my ATT Plan and I’m going to get my third daughter Nicole to switch over to my plan after my experience with Laeeqa and especially Santos.It’s 11:50 at night and I’m taking the time to send this extensive commentary about my experience today. That should tell you all you need to know about how awesome my experience was with Santos this evening!!!Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Thanks!

Came to the store to do an upgrade and get the 14 pro max, when the representative came from the storage, the phone did not have a plastic paper on the screen, then I left the store and notice a small crack on the camera and a hair line on the body of the phone. Spoke to the manager and she told me that she would give me a call back to solve the situation and never did. Been at the store few times and all they keep saying is there is nothing they can do that I have to go to the Apple Store to get a new phone, when I call the Apple Store they are charging me $500 to get a new phone. BE AWARE, don’t let them sell you a phone without you checking the phone first.
