“I cant say Thank you enough to Angelina at the temple location. She was amazing, there was a mix up and I went to another location to pickup a vehicle ( this where I was scheduled) b/c my vehicle was being repaired. When I showed up at the time and location that I was given no one was there. I called the enterprise location in Temple and was informed by Angelina that the location I was scheduled for was actually closed and that she had a vehicle for me. I was beyond frustrated at that time.
I arrived at Temple location and spoke with Angelina who was a HUGE help and very apologetic for the mix up.
Again she was great at communicating with me and explaining the process.

“We always rent vehicles through this location. This time we had some unexpected issues with our reservation due to booking through a third party. We booked the vehicle months in advance and it was vital for our annual family trip. Thankfully, Ashley Kling worked with us to get us into a 7 passenger SUV so we were able to continue on our way to vacation. This is the 5th time we’ve rented with this location and we’ll continue to do so every year.”

“The car was ready on time and the transaction went smoothly. It preformed flawlessly during my two week rental. I would have rated 5 stars except it was not cleaned properly and the gas tank, which should have been full had only 1/3 remaining. I returned the car with a full tank and reimbursement for the missing gas was not possible.”

Our car had been rented out because we showed up an hour later than our reservation time, but they switched us to a minivan at no extra cost-- normally double the cost. It was nearly brand new, and was a very nice model. The woman at the rental desk was friendly and helpful.”
