“I came into the exeter branch today concerned about a text message and email I was sent stating that someone had attempted to access my account. I called the phone number I was given in the email and followed all the prompts, at the end an automated recording told me that my card was canceled. Since it was early in the morning I still did not feel comfortable not talking to a person. I stopped by the office branch in Exeter and Joe took the time to explain everything I needed to and he even phoned members first fraud alert to assure me that my account was not accessed. I cannot express how professional, helpful and reassuring Joe was to me. I walked into the credit union so worried and confused and after my interaction with Joe I left the credit union feeling that a hugh weight was lifted off of me.
