Shorts didn't fit so I had to return them. Asked if I could just return in person and they said no it wouldn't work with their return process so I had to drop it off at the post office right next door and pay 8 bucks to have it delivered to them instead. So dumb.

If I can give no star I would. Stay away. They are crocks. They have charged me for shipping which is fine but they also charge shipping to return the shoe. The shoe samplers are wrong !!! I’ve paid so much with trying to find the correct size for my daughter with shipping fees.

Horrible company. I have been ordering from companies for 40 years and have never experienced one with so many policies in place as far as returns and exchanges. I can't believe American Girl would use this company for their matching gymnastics outfits.
