At Savor Street, we are expert pretzel bakers. All of our pretzels are made in our bakery in Reading, Pennsylvania. For our traditional pretzel dough, we use locally milled, regionally sourced, unbleached soft red winter wheat flour. That dough is then extruded or individually twisted before it is slow baked in our authentic brick ovens.
Whether it’s our classic or our grain free pretzels, we have a dedicated team of bakers who oversee the entire process. With all of our recipes, we believe every ingredient counts. So whether or not you avoid certain ingredients, our goal is to make delicious you can count on.
