Complete incompetence. Every time the “repair” happens, something worse happens the next day. 4 times now, multiple parts replaced, and my appliance no long works at all. One time they sent the repairman before parts arrived and then couldn’t even determine where the parts were.

Richard was courteous, helpful, kind to our kids, and yes - fast. He came out to service our Midea air conditioners that had been recalled. Did his work quickly, struck up nice conversation, and made no mess in our house. Honestly it was a pleasure to have him as our technician.

Horrible. You make an appointment. You then get an email to confirm the appointment the day before. All done. But even if you confirm the appointment, if you don’t pick up the phone when they are driving out they will turn around and go home and require that you reschedule for another day. Make sure you are available for phone calls even after you confirm the appointment. If you have poor cell phone service….go with another provider.

Our technician was great! He worked around my crazy dogs and cat, who were very nosy and interested in what he was doing. He made sure I knew what steps were happening and what to expect, when to call to schedule the visit once parts arrived, etc. I was nervous when I saw the google reviews for FAST Appliance Repair since I didn’t get to choose the company, my dryer manufacturer did, but I’m very happy with their turnaround time and customer service!! Initial visit was moved up so I only waited a day or two, then the parts came quickly and I was able to schedule a visit within a day of that. Thank you guys!!

“FAST” is a misnomer. Service call was delayed 2 days because “the tech called out sick.” When you’ve already waited 3 days for a washer repair, that is a lot of dirty laundry. We were told that labor is $1 a minute. Tech was there 20 minutes to swap the parts and tried to charge us $30, explaining that it “defaulted to 30 minutes.” He backed down when we pushed back. Life’s too short for this, and there are other companies out there.

we have a 25 year old Miele Dishwasher that needed repair. we thought we would try getting the old girl repaired before replacing it with a new dishwasher that we knew would not perform as well as the Miele. I am very impressed with everything about this company. it was simple to set up the service call online and their communication system and tech tracker is fantastic. Our tech called and gave us a heads up when he was 15 minutes out, which we appreciated since we wanted to make sure the dog was out of the building. Dan figured out what was causing the malfunction which turned out to be a simple part that could be replaced without pulling the machine out. we are so happy that we found this company and will certainly use them again.

Terrible service. There was no same day service nor did we get to choose a day / time for repair. This involved an LG stove / range - not even a year old. Took a week to get a technician to look at stove. Part ordered - arrived as promised. We were told technician would be back within 24-48 hours to replace part. Tech scheduled for a Tuesday. They refuse to provide an arrival window until late afternoon/ evening the night before. So again took off a day of work- were advised the day of arrival tech can’t make it - rescheduled for Wednesday- now told he cannot make it until the following Monday- was told he had injury and no one else is available. So I have lost 3 days of work and at great expense bringing in dinners or going out for dinner going on 4 weeks. Fast Appliance is far from fast and basically the message is we will come when it works for us and the time that works for us. Unbelievably terrible customer service. It would have been faster to purchase a new range!!!!!!! Also last LG appliance I will ever purchase.

Matt came out promptly to evaluate our washing machine and was quickly able to diagnose and thoroughly explain the problem. He was very courteous and explained to us how we could avoid this problem in the future. Scheduling was very organized and efficient. We will definitely be using this company going forward!

Scheduling the repair was easy but I have not liked the process the way it has unfolded. The tech could not diagnose the issue with my 3 weeks old washer that failed. He said it could be door lock, circuit board or controller board. He ordered the three parts, which took time to arrive. I had again to schedule a repair appointment, the tech returned after two weeks, and he was 40 minutes late after waiting for him for half day. He changed two parts, and the 3rd one was a wrong part. My washer did not work after changing the two parts. Tech said he will have to order the wrong part again. It has been over a month trying to have my washer repaired. The Tech was using trial and error to figure out the issue-not able to pinpoint the actual issue. It was total guesswork in diagnosis - no electronic testing at all. I am waiting for the re-ordered part then schedule a 3rd appointment. I will not recommend this repair service to anyone. It's awful to do guesswork and just throw in parts hoping the washer will work. It's expensive for the GE and very inconvenient for me. Good cost-effective appliance repair begins with good diagnosis, which the tech didn't know how to do.

I used this service for warranty repair of a midea upright Freezer.They were prompt and arrived by 7:30 am. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. My freezer was up and working fifteen minutes after his arrival. Thanks, Fast Appliance Repair for the excellent service.

Frustrating - I will never use this company again. My double wall oven wasn’t working. The first time they came out to look at it, the technician didn’t bring the dolly he needed in order to pull the double oven out of the wall and look at it. So I had to schedule a second visit – at least they waived the visit fee for the second visit. They came out the second time, pulled the oven out of the wall, and realized that the problem wasn’t with the oven at all, it was with the electrical junction behind the oven, which had totally burned out. So I need to get an electrician to fix it. I called my electrician, and they were willing to get someone there within 30 minutes to fix it which is pretty amazing. But the repair person said he couldn’t wait around, even if he billed me for the time, and he couldn’t leave the oven on the dolly and come back later to get the dolly. He said that I needed to schedule a third appointment, and try to get both him and my electrician out at the same time. When I contacted the company again to try to schedule this third appointment, they told me they were not willing to help me, that they don’t do that kind of work. So the electrician can’t fix it because they don’t have the knowledge and the specialized dolly to get the double oven out of the wall and this appliance repair company, once they figured out the problem, won’t help me (even if I offer to pay whatever is needed for their time) and left me high and dry. I have no idea how I’m supposed to get this fixed.
