The new phone line banking is terrible. 3 times I've tried to do some banking by phone in my accounts but it tells me I'm not in the system. The phone operator tells me they will be with me shortly but I've waited about 25 minutes all 3 times and had enough. This better get fixed quickly.

I waited at the outdoor kiosk 15 minutes to send in a deposit, and no one responded to my button pushing. That is ridiculous
