“Location is always clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly and knows me by name on sight. I wasn't sure about switching to M&T but over time they were able to convince me. Hours are reasonable, drive up ATM, 2 lane drive up banking. I trust them with my business and finances. Thought hey might not be for everyone I would recommend them to friends and family.”

“I opened an account with them two years ago, after six months of cashing paychecks there when i didnt have a bank account (my employer used citizens) and telling them “nah its okay, i wanna use santander ill just pay the $8 fee)Finally i decided to just do it.And I dont think i will ever use a different bank again!Every single time i go there the employees are insanely nice & remembered my name before i even opened the account. And besides that, god bless these people because I am a hot mess. Whether i have to go in there because i cant find my debit card & have to ask them to check the atm machine again, or my accounts overdrafted and i dont know why, or i need a new card because i broke the side with the little chip thing in it and cant use it... they have always been friendly, attentive & fixed things quickly.I try to treat them with the same demeanor too.. but theres been a time or two i came in all stressed out over money and uh, just a lil rude... and i still get met with a “its okay, happens to the best of us” response. The employees at this branch are much better people than I. HahaI also have issues with fraud and they have always been extremely transparent, helpful and prompt in dealing with anything related to that too. I dont trust my money in a lot of places, but i know its safe at citizens.”

“I find their locations convenient and whenever I call, I get prompt friendly service. Some fees can be annoying (like $7 to send me a mailed receipt of a wire even though they gave me a receipt when I went into the bank to do it) but I can usually get the fee waived the first time it happened and then change things on the account so it doesn't happen again. All banks out there have their annoying fees.. it's just the work around you have to find.”
“I recently have taken over POA responsibilities for a family member and Charlie Cho has been an amazing help with navigating through the process and various accounts. When you have a life changing event and need to make sure a family members accounts are taken care of, it can be extremely stressful. Charlie made this transition so easy for me to understand and gave me all the steps I needed to take. He literally phone conferences in with me so I don’t have to figure out the account customer service on my own to get the information I need. If you are looking for a trustworthy and helpful associate who truly takes the time to help you and looks out for your best interest I highly recommend Charlie!”
