“I have never been so impressed with a bank and its employees in my life. Over the years, I’ve been part of several banks for different reasons such as business, college, personal, you name it. And yet, I wasn’t even a member here, and they still treated us like royalty. This bank officially goes down in the books as the best around.
At first, the woman helping us wasn’t sure she could assist with what we were asking. So, we thanked her and walked back to the truck. But wouldn’t you know it..she came outside, flagged us down, and said she found a way to help after all.

“I find their locations convenient and whenever I call, I get prompt friendly service. Some fees can be annoying (like $7 to send me a mailed receipt of a wire even though they gave me a receipt when I went into the bank to do it) but I can usually get the fee waived the first time it happened and then change things on the account so it doesn't happen again. All banks out there have their annoying fees.. it's just the work around you have to find.”
“Used to have bank of America. Past 7 years no issues. I see other complaints from ex metro because they would let them overdraft their accounts.. people have to realize you need to have money in your account. This isn't charity.”
“I'm not a fan of what they did with adding accounts but this branch is fantastic. They greet you at the door and work really hard to make the banking experience pleasurable. I only go there once a month to make a deposit and it's a joy each month.”
“I have been with Wells Fargo since 1994 maybe earlier. Been with them threw 4 name changes. First Union, First National then Wachovia and now Wells Fargo. Never had any issues. If someone ever made a charge on my account it was resolved within 24 hrs. They have amazing customer service on the phone, & all the branches I've been too amazing tellers & bankers. So many good services. Don't regret ever signing up with them. So don't let ppl tell u different.”

“I opened an account with them two years ago, after six months of cashing paychecks there when i didnt have a bank account (my employer used citizens) and telling them “nah its okay, i wanna use santander ill just pay the $8 fee)Finally i decided to just do it.And I dont think i will ever use a different bank again!Every single time i go there the employees are insanely nice & remembered my name before i even opened the account. And besides that, god bless these people because I am a hot mess. Whether i have to go in there because i cant find my debit card & have to ask them to check the atm machine again, or my accounts overdrafted and i dont know why, or i need a new card because i broke the side with the little chip thing in it and cant use it... they have always been friendly, attentive & fixed things quickly.I try to treat them with the same demeanor too.. but theres been a time or two i came in all stressed out over money and uh, just a lil rude... and i still get met with a “its okay, happens to the best of us” response. The employees at this branch are much better people than I. HahaI also have issues with fraud and they have always been extremely transparent, helpful and prompt in dealing with anything related to that too. I dont trust my money in a lot of places, but i know its safe at citizens.”
