I have never been so impressed with a bank and its employees in my life. Over the years, I’ve been part of several banks for different reasons such as business, college, personal, you name it. And yet, I wasn’t even a member here, and they still treated us like royalty. This bank officially goes down in the books as the best around.
At first, the woman helping us wasn’t sure she could assist with what we were asking. So, we thanked her and walked back to the truck. But wouldn’t you know it..she came outside, flagged us down, and said she found a way to help after all.
Where else can you find that kind of service these days?

I was just at that bank not even five minutes ago standing in line. There were people in front of me at the front and they were seeing the receptionist at the front. The gentleman came out of his office and asked me if I needed any help and what I needed I told him I was just gonna withdraw money. There was a lady behind me who came in and he asked her the same question. She told them that she wanted to deposit something so he goes up to the front teller or whatever another lady African-American lady comes out of her office and pause. The lady that was behind me into her office to help her and they leave me standing in line. I’m very upset. I feel like it was a racial thing because I am African-American, but they helped all of the Caucasian people before they even tried to help me and then they still didn’t even help me. They left me standing in the line so I just nice and kindly walked out Feeling disrespected.

I have been a Fulton bank customer for five years. Overall, I have found the managers (there have been three during my time as a customer) and staff to be pleasant and helpful. In the interest of full disclosure, there is one employee I've had a rocky relationship with, but over time, that seems to have settled into a state of mutual, but polite disdain. I can accept that. I simply avoid that individual whenever posiible.
More importantly, this branch of Fulton bank is managed like an old fashioned local bank. You can speak directly to the branch manager if you need to or receive a prompt call back from the manger or appropriate staff member.
They are also reliable and attentive when it comes to customizing banking needs for each customer. My wife and I have both business and personal accounts. Whatever the situation, branch personnel take the time to explore the best options Fulton Bank can offer us for the specific circumstance we are inquiring about.
For their hometown bank attitude, competent staff and attention to customers' individual needs, I highly recommend the Reiffton / Exeter branch of Fulton Bank.

If I could give this place no stars I would, from the managers to the employees in this branch they are all horrendous. Don't ever go to this branch it's the worst

The new phone line banking is terrible. 3 times I've tried to do some banking by phone in my accounts but it tells me I'm not in the system. The phone operator tells me they will be with me shortly but I've waited about 25 minutes all 3 times and had enough. This better get fixed quickly.

I waited at the outdoor kiosk 15 minutes to send in a deposit, and no one responded to my button pushing. That is ridiculous
