“I cannot say enough wonderful things regarding the recent experience I had at the Reading, Pa location. For some context, my husband and I began remodeling the first and second floors of our home several years ago and had purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The remodel was eventually put on hold with a couple rooms left to be finished. We finally began finishing our remodel and returned to L.L. to purchase additional flooring. We knew there was a chance that the 2 different types of flooring we had used may no longer be available, but figured it was worth a shot to ask about them. Not to the surprise of anyone, both floorings had been discontinued, but this is where the incredible customer service begins. While the floorings had been discontinued, Eddie searched the system and other locations for any available stock. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate any remaining boxes of our first-floor flooring. Instead, he helped us pick out a similar flooring that would blend nicely with our existing floors, and was even able to locate transitional pieces in the original flooring to help meld the rooms together. Then, the real talent and experience of Eddie began to shine. There was still existing stock of our second-floor flooring! However, not only did we need boxes of flooring, we also needed pieces of matching stair nose. In addition, because it was left overstock, it was limited across the various locations. Eddie began searching, piecemealing our order together, and making many phone calls to ensure the stock was still available. It truly felt above and beyond, when he could have simply said it wasn’t available and directed us toward a different product. While all of this was happening, Kyle was helping my husband to entertain our 3- and 5-year-olds. I would NEVER in a million years expect anyone else to entertain my children while we are out running errands, and was fully prepared to find ways to occupy them should the process take longer than expected, which it did. However, this location already had coloring sheets and crayons ready to go. Kyle set our children up with seats, including his own, at the front counter and engaged with them and my husband while I worked with Eddie. He even asked them what types of pictures they would like to color, and printed additional sheets out for them. The amount of stress, that sometimes comes when shopping with children, that was alleviated was so appreciated, and again above and beyond what was necessary as part of his job. My children are even excited to return when we pick up our flooring to see what types of coloring sheets they have. Should I have any additional flooring needs in the future, I will absolutely be returning to this location and would recommend to anyone else to do so as well.”

“Jo-Ann Fabrics is one of the first places someone should go if they have any crafting needs. The store is much more than fabric supplies. Almost any craft that you could want to work with they'll have something for you. Sections include picture framing, yarn, glasswares, paints and other mediums of that sort. The store has a couple handicap parking spots. Doors are automated for easy entry of wheelchair. All of the staff has always been friendly, in my experience. It's quite refreshing and I enjoy all of the interactions I've ever had with their employees. One of the best things about Jo-Ann Fabrics is their app. You can shop online, order online, pay online, and do in store pickup. They can also ship to you. They have regular sales so that you can save even more money from their regular pricing.”

“I love Ross. It's an excellent store to buy name brand and off brand at much lower price. They get different items in at different times so you never know what goodies you'll find. They have awesome furniture too. S little bit of everything for everyone.”

“We shopping for a b-day gift. Door greeting se unity was was friendly. Employees were very pleasant and always said hi and pleasantly embarking in conversation. Store had a nice selection of clothing. Floor was a little messy and saw many things out of place but that is typical of Ross and the other two competitors...but I would say this one is the best kept of the three.”
