“Excellent store with fantastic customer service. They go above and beyond to help you out with any questions about products, and they are very attentive to check in to see if you need any help. Each and every single time I visit this store, everybody is extremely warm and welcoming without fail. They truly value their customers and have the cheapest prices around for their massive selection of products. This is the only place I'll ever go to for any vapes or alcohol and I recommend stopping in to check them out for yourself if you are ever curious. I'm extremely appreciative for the staff and their gem of a shop! ❤”

“If I'm going to drink soda, I want really good soda. That's why I like Reading Soda Works. They have natural flavoring, use glass bottles (instead of plastic or cans), and the variety of flavors is amazing! Plus you are supporting a local business. If you are in the Reading area, be sure to stop by the Soda Works.”

“Coldest beer around!!! Bob is our favorite beer guy mostly for the way he feels like part of the family! Every visit it's so great to be greeted by him and he is always so helpful ~~~thanks, Bob! I really enjoy the special homemade treats by his wife too! I am so happy he's so close to home but I'd travel across town for his ice cold beer and smile! See you soon and often...Go Birds”

“I can get beer delivered for less than if I picked up at my local shop. Not only that, but the delivery is right on time. I used to work in Reading and shop here. Always great service. Plus this location is iconic. The owner has meticulously maintained the building. Do any of the old timers remember the “Flatiron”? That space was rolled into the distributor and that block is an addition to the neighborhood.”

“Always have exactly what I want wherever i go there. The shelves are always nicely organized and no matter the staff (there seems to be a new person each time I go there that I've never seen before; I believe they may rotate certain employees between a number of local stores,) they are always pleasant and helpful if needed. Since they have a self checking lotto machine, they automatically get a few more kudos as well bc they become a one stop shop for me. During the "curbside pick up only" timeframe they were even organized by giving me exactly what I reserved via phone. Getting through to put an order in was a bit mundane but that was certainly nothing they could control. They are close to my residence so as long as they continue as they have, I'll choose to go to this location whenever I'm in need/desire of visiting a FWGS store.”

“Had an issue but they did right by me even though I handled poorly. If you have an issue, talk to them and they will do right by you. Apologies for not handling it correctly. Thank you for your understanding. Seriously. I apologize for making it a bigger deal than it was. See you soon.”

“Cute little place. I went here for the first time yesterday to pick up some cider and/or seltzer. They actually had a decent selection of seltzers.rhey had three companies for the cider with a few different kinds. The guy that helped me was very nice and helped me look up ingredients and nutrition facts for the stuff I was interested in. I ended up purchasing both because he was so kind without judgement. Thank you!”
