The employees make the experience of something as simple as delivering a package miserable. The older gentleman at the front desk, who I believe is named Mike, consistently behaves in a rude and unprofessional manner every single time I go to this post office. Avoid him if possible. I truly wish the Reading post office were still open, traveling further out is a better option than stopping here. Maybe making the employees work environment more enjoyable would help. It seems incredibly bizarre that each and every time I’m at this post office, I’m consistently having a negative experience due to their miserable attitudes and poor work ethic.

Waiting for a package, I received 2 pink slips sorry we missed you when you were out, I wrote him a note saying I'm home 7 days a week 24 hours a day why not knock? No reply, I don't drive so i can't pick up my Parcells. I miss our old Mailman

Older man that works there is just miserable and rude. I’ve seen him every time I’m here throughout the years and he’s always so condescending and unhelpful.

I came here today to send a package out to Florida. I had the box taped up already, I just needed the label and to pay for the shipping. When I was in line, Colleen at the counter said she could help me. This woman was so rude from the moment I got to the counter, she talked to me like I was stupid and had an attitude for no reason. I explained to her that I was looking to ship this out and needed a label and she told me I needed to write the address to where it’s going right on the box and gave me a sharpie. I was confused as to why she was asking me to do that but I did it anyway and then she was like “we need the name of the person it’s going to and the return address” in such a rude tone. I was under the impression this woman was going to give me a label to put on the box. I then said I never had to do it this way before that’s why I’m confused when I continued to go write out everything else and she said something, I don’t remember. I was upset at that moment because she seemed so irked with me for no reason. She told me to have a good day after handing me my receipt and I just walked away not saying anything. I left very upset and I wasn’t even in there long. It’s crazy how someone can ruin your day in just minutes. You are in customer service, you can’t speak to people that way even if you had a bad morning or day. If you have an attitude problem, then get another job where you don’t have to be face to face with people all day.

This is the worst freaking post office on earth. I put a hold on my mail bc the mailman comes after 5pm DAILY. I put a hold that was supposed to end today so that means my damn mail should’ve been available for pick up today. Nope. Apparently the mailman took it and now I’ll have to wait til after 5. Again. What’s the point of holding your mail if you can’t follow instructions?

Great customer service and polite employees. This post office is a major relief compared to the one a few minutes away from my house in Sinking Spring and I’ll gladly drive out of my way every time just to experience good customer service.

This has been the third time i haven’t received mail in DAYS. i wouldn’t be as mad but my husband is in the military so letters are how we communicate. i’m so tired of this happening repeatedly. bc then when i do get my mail there’s mail all over my floor.UPDATE: I am now on the 5th time that I haven’t received mail in days…

The woman I just spoke with was incredibly rude, and gave me incorrect information. Certified mail goes back 2 years according to your website. April of 2022 is not quite 2 years yet, so you should be able to look up that information. This is regarding a child's vital records. I'm sorry you don't want to work today.

Incompetent employees who are incapable of doing their job. How difficult is it to deliver mail to the proper address? The address displayed in bold marker? It has been over a dozen times my mail was delivered to a neighbor. Government employees at their best.

I just called to get a package's address fixed and the woman on the phone was a total angel she found it and got it fixed right away. I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but I am grateful to you forever. Jazzy hold music too. Perfect experience.

Mail delivery out of this PO is crazy over here in Spring Twsp 724Some days you’ll get your mail at night, and then there are days you don’t get any at all I know this as Harrisburg notifies me on my daily mailingsThis has been reported time and time again yet this still happensThe person who delivers here should be Placed Back in the PO Building to work as it seems they can’t handle the routeIt’s the Holiday Season, who knows if more mail will be Lost !!This is a Criminal Act.. this PO needs to take appropriate action !!

I sent 2 birthday cards from this post office. One had cash, the other didn't. You can tell they were birthday cards from the envelopes, and both were ripped open. The one without cash arrived a few days later in a plastic sleeve apologizing for the inconvenience. The other one arrived a week later with the cash peeled out from the tape job I did. I contacted the post office detectives and they advised not to send cash. Well no kidding, now I know employees will rob ya too.

The lady at the register was soooo rude I wish I got her name. Just because you work for Post Office and have a good job doesn’t give you the right to be rude.
