“After an absolutely horrific situation with Prime storage, I moved my items into TNC today. Staff was friendly and professional, the facility was in great shape, the unit was exactly as described, and the snow removal was excellent. “I had an excellent experience using TNC Self Storage for my Penske truck rental. Austin was extremely helpful on the phone making the reservation, even giving me a AAA discount that I didn't know was available. The truck was not on-site at the time I called, but they had one transferred from another location and on-site at time of pickup as arranged. Much better than U-Haul or Budget! Signing the papers and getting out the door was easy and fast, and after-hours return was very convenient. I will absolutely use TNC and Penske again for a rental truck.”

“Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.”
“Working with Kandice and her team at Lock Tight has been a pleasure. We have been storing on this lot for 7+ years. When Lock TIght took over from the original owners in 2019 or 2020 the difference has been notable. New Gates, Security System, New Gravel, all new spots created ( camper storage). We used them also for a year or so for a unit and we NEVER had a problem. What a difference they made. Kandice is very responsive with any questions. I would / do highly recommend using them for storage. Thanks for the piece of mind Lock Tight, it has been a long and worry free journey.”
