“Phenomenal Family Practice. I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and I’m now 26. Dr. Gloriso has been the best doctor I have ever had, who is which now retiring but my new doctor is just as good. Dr. Bates is just as kind, helpful, and professional as my previous one. The front desk staff are always understanding and helpful. Honestly everyone in general is just great with professionalism and friendliness. I truly felt listened to, helped, and understood with all of my issues or concerns. They help you get the medication you need promptly the day of it being prescribed. I can’t recommend a better place for your health. Don’t go to UrgentCare, just come here. I sprained my ankle and they literally made an appointment for me to come in within 2 hours. These guys are on top of things. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.”

“I see Dr. Keenan at Hayshire. I have never waited more than a few minutes. The front desk receptionists are kind and helpful. There's a kiosk for people to sign in to, but unless they're busy, they will offer assistance right when I walk in. The nursing staff are nice, understanding, and thorough. It sounds like this place used to be awful, but in my experience as a patient here for the last 3 years, I've received excellent treatment. Dr. Keenan is patient, thorough, and really listens to his patients. Patient access is an issue everywhere so if I schedule online, the appointments are a ways out. However, if I send a message to the office or call, I can usually get an appointment in the office or telehealth same day with a doctor in the practice or within a week with Dr. K. My husband sees Dr. Salter and we've both seen Dr. Farabaugh on occasion. All of them have been incredible. Thank you, Hayshire!”

I called with an acute problem this morning, they saw me within the hour, referred me out but I needed to be seen immediately, their staff called on my behalf to multiple Dr's until they found someone who would see me. Best part, not Wellspan affiliated! They truly value their patients and their wellbeing.”

“How has no one mentioned Dr. Heiland yet!!She’s amazing. She’s one of the few doctors that makes direct eye contact when you’re explaining symptoms, extremely thorough, great follow up, very professional, very compassionate, very knowledgeable. I could go on and on. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking for long term medical care with a provider’s office.Unless she quits or leaves, I won’t see another provider.”
