“I have been with Wellspan Health since 2007. At one point my insurance changed and they didn't take my new insurance. I was so disappointed and unhappy with my new doctors. Finally got back to an insurance they took and they picked up with my care where we left off. I've always felt listened to and loved my care at Wellspan Health. The doctors and staff are very caring and have a great bedside manner. Very clean and comfortable setting. They go above an beyond accommodating my needs.”

I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received from Dr. Ulrich. He’s been very attentive to my health care needs, spent enough time with me that I felt heard & valued. He and his nurses have also responded and communicated efficiently through the portal. I am surprisingly more pleased than ever with my health goals & the game plan we made together. “Phenomenal Family Practice. I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and I’m now 26. Dr. Gloriso has been the best doctor I have ever had, who is which now retiring but my new doctor is just as good. Dr. Bates is just as kind, helpful, and professional as my previous one. The front desk staff are always understanding and helpful. Honestly everyone in general is just great with professionalism and friendliness. I truly felt listened to, helped, and understood with all of my issues or concerns. They help you get the medication you need promptly the day of it being prescribed. I can’t recommend a better place for your health. Don’t go to UrgentCare, just come here. I sprained my ankle and they literally made an appointment for me to come in within 2 hours. These guys are on top of things. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.”

“They have a scale system and now fully digital you don't have to stand there as they move things around.. also. They also have a full size chair there if you need to take a rest. And if you are limited and steps exam room right next to it. And you get out of the visit what you make of it. Make sure you're come with a list of necessary to remember everything to discuss. They'll even come out to the handicap parking and wheel you in.”
