“This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. We received excellent customer service from the front desk to the wait staff. Our room was very comfortable with vintage furniture (as we expected) and clean. In fact, the entire resort was exceptionaly clean and the grounds were also well maintained.We also enjoyed the restaurant in the main Inn. The food was good and the salad bar was fresh and laid out beautifully.We will come back again.”

“I can not recommend this place enough. The casino, the spa, the rooms, the food. All fabulous. Staff is friendly. Stayed 3 times already and planning stay 4.Rooms: Clean, well stocked with toiletries, soap, towels. Bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows.Safety: Need key cards to use the elevators that go to the floors with the rooms.Food & drinks: Plenty of choices for food”
“I truly enjoy maggies the little bar in the basement. Great food atmosphere and it has improved so much over the years. The pig roasts the community service and just a great little place. Food fun and service are one of a kind.”

“First off, I wanna give a HUGE round of applause to Becki, our server! She put up with our silliness the whole time and rolled with the punches. She was on her game, always refilling our drinking glasses, answered all our questions, cleared our plates super fast. She was GREAT!!! Give that lady a raise! And the buffet attendants were nice as well. Always at the ready. I was AMAZED at the selection! Soooo much to eat but I just couldn't get around to all of it even though I wanted to. The seafood ceviche. The prime rib. The meatballs. The scones! Everything was so good. Some of it had been sitting around but I still eat that stuff... it sits around at party and we still eat it, right? The place is a little dated. Like a lodgy resort kinda place that was a presence back in the day but it's still pretty. The bathroom seemed kinda haunted but nothing was in disarray. I do look forward to returning & trying everything else out. Hint, hint: their desserts are full sized and wonderful & the baked goods are THE BEST!”

“Fairbridge Inn & Suites receives top scores for customer service. Tracy, who met us at check-in, was so friendly and attentive. She was accommodating to our requests and made us feel so welcomed. Whether it be the hiring or training, the entire staff was on point and ready to offer assistance. As for accommodations, the rooms were spacious with nice amenities like in-room fridge and microwave. Although there was a fitness center, I was able to exercise in the room for privacy. The pool area was decorated colorfully, and I felt like I was waking into a movie set of a Wes Anderson film. With all the renovations being made, I’m sure the property will only get better. Can’t wait to return to see the changes.”

“We stay 3 nights , we had king size bad and couche in our room, we payed more than $200 for each night. the housekeeper never show up to our room , the pool was under maintenance, no one can use it , the breakfast was bad , the coffee was really bad , the cheapest coffee in the market, they really need to upgrade their system and try to change it to keep their customers”

“Hello. My boyfriend and I stayed over on 1/20 to 1/21. We went to the dining room for dinner. There were some tables that were taken and a few people at the bar. Courtney was the only one working, taking bar drink orders and waitressing all by herself. She did a fantastic job keeping everyone happy. She was doing everything...taking orders and bringing the food out. My heart went out to her. More people coming in, yet she stayed calm. If I was allowed to, I would have gotten a bin and cleaned the tables off. The manager needs to hire more people on a Saturday night to beore efficient. So kudos to Courtney for doing an amazing job!!! Cathy”

“Had lunch at Pocono Manor Golf Club today after golf. My husband & I had the turkey club , it was delicious. Our other two partners had a cheeseburger and fries & sausage & peppers sandwich. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their lunches. I got to try the fries, cooked & seasoned perfectly. (Steak cut). I would highly recommend stopping in for lunch.”

“First time here for a wedding event. The grounds were breath taking and well manicured. Nestled in the Pocono's.The venue inside was well maintained, clean and beautiful as well as the bathrooms and outside patio's.Cocktail hour seemed to go by very quickly, but there were plenty of appetizers of coconut shrimp, mini Philly cheesesteaks, cheeses, meats, fruits and more as well as ice cold beer, soda, cocktails and wine.The group at our table had the Chicken, Salmon and Beef dishes along with the vegetables of potatoes and asparagas. There wasn't any complaints and everyone truly must of enjoyed there dishes by the looks of it since they were pretty clean at the end. My steak was prepared beautifully and cooked to a medium rare perfection. It had me wanting more.All in all it was a great place for a wedding. We truly enjoyed ourselves.”
