“I always get my holiday cards from staples with next day pickup. They’re great quality and very customizable. This year though, the whole card seemed to have a darkening effect causing the red wood background to be basically black and the photos on the card were also darkened quite a bit. I’ll still go back next year but now I’ll make sure to check the product before I leave the store”
“I was there today and had excellent customer service from the guy working the printing counter after I encountered some trouble with self service. He was gracious and fully resolved my problem while simultaneously taking care of other customers. I can't give five stars (he gets five - six even) as this store constantly seems desperately understaffed.”

“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“Yesterday at the Mount Pocono, PA UPS Store, I dropped-off a huge, complicated, color-print project that I was sure would not be completed on the same day. I was very much mistaken. The Manager Tamir, who has always been very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable went above and beyond the call of duty. The project was completed with GREAT care and on the same day. Along with Tamir, I find the other staff members to be just as OUTSTANDING. I am one very grateful customer and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the UPS Store in Mt. Pocono, PA.”

“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”

“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”

“Not every time when I enter this post office am I treated like a human; with respect and empathy. When I visit this post office and I see Mr. Michael Green behind the front counter, I know I am about to be treated tremendously. He knows almost every person by name, including myself and box number. He almost ALWAYS has my package at the counter before he even has the chance to take my slip. This is the type of person you want in Charge of a Post Office. Not the current one who treats every single person with an attitude and we leave feeling degraded. In all honestly, Michael is the ONLY reason I have not switched Post Offices. He deserves everything great to come to him.”
“Eric has been our mailman for quite sometime. He is very thorough and polite. He will deliver large packages to your front door.
As to the people working at the PO building on Ann Street, Kevin has been very good for many years. Yes,there have been new people at the Ann Street office,but any problems should be addressed to management and those who train the new people.”

“I had to ship collectible cars to another country that the postal service wasn’t able to. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their rates were half of what the UPS store wanted to charge to ship to the same destination. I’d definitely use them again.”
