The United States Postal Service provides excellent and friendly customer service. The staff is polite, thorough, and professional, often going above and beyond to help. Mail carriers deliver packages securely. The location is clean, bright, and reliably open on time. While some processes can take time and new staff require training, any issues are resolved with excellent service. Overall, the station is well-maintained and the desk people are very helpful.

    As usual, any package that's supposed to be delivered is screwed up. This time he put it in the box and put the key inn a neighbor's box. This guy's a real winner. Very rude as well.

    I am home 24/7 and they never come up my driveway to deliver packages that need to be signed for. They have instead of delivering marked packages saying that per customer request 🙄 hold it at the post office. They also say no one was home with many. This is bullshit
