“I have been a PNC bank customer for about ten years now. I've been their customer since they switched from National City. Ive never had any problems with this bank. I always found the tellers to be friendly. I really like the added walk in atm they have inside that's open 24-7. I use that often so I don't feel rushed like I do when I'm T the drive through atm. Besides a checking and savings acct, I also have a credit card through pnc.”

“I recently had a large purchase to make for a vacation and the processing company was not local. Due to the amount and location it became a bit of a headache. I attempted to solve the issue and every time I thought it was solved, I would again run into the same problem. I called the Waynesburg branch and spoke to Peyton explaining the situation. He went over all of the details with me and stayed on the phone with me until we knew it was resolved. He truly made my day. We were on a bit of a deadline that could’ve cost us more money. He was patient and thorough and I’m so grateful he’s who answered my call. 10/10”
